so obviously, what every unintentional, accidental cover version demands, is an ambient re-mix. so with the "tinkly" bits to the fore, I arranged a minimalist version - all drums removed, all cymbals, all bass - leaving only a newly stereo "tinkly" bits and a newly stereo psychedelic organ part.

I really like just those elements, OK, it wasn't easy letting go of my subliminal, super low pitched bass part, but once done, I think this version holds it's own, and it provides an alternative version of an already alternative "cover" version - again, not using the proper title "bring on the lucie", but instead using the lyric "free the people - now".

you can sing along to this one too, even during the long "tinkly" bits outro. remember - we want to "stop the killing - now". "do it, do it, do it, do it...now!".
